Algumas oportunidades podem ser relativamente simples, mas nem sempre \u00e9 esse o caso. Mas como fazemos isso? Vamos primeiro entender o que \u00e9 a tomada de decis\u00e3o antes de nos determos nas etapas do processo. A tomada de decis\u00e3o requer a escolha de um curso de a\u00e7\u00e3o entre duas ou mais op\u00e7\u00f5es poss\u00edveis para encontrar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o para um determinado problema. A tomada de decis\u00e3o \u00e9 parte integrante da gest\u00e3o. Orientam o processo atrav\u00e9s de cinco fases: <strong>determina\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, em que s\u00e3o identificadas as op\u00e7\u00f5es e os objetivos; <strong>an\u00e1lise<\/strong>, que envolve a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos impactos; <strong>pondera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, que pondera as vantagens e os inconvenientes de cada op\u00e7\u00e3o; <strong>sele\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, que permite fazer uma escolha informada; e <strong>avalia\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, que analisa os impactos da decis\u00e3o a curto e a longo prazo. <\/p>\n<p>As ferramentas de tomada de decis\u00e3o oferecem benef\u00edcios como a melhoria da compreens\u00e3o do processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o, a an\u00e1lise e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de op\u00e7\u00f5es e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma abordagem baseada em dados para escolher o melhor curso de a\u00e7\u00e3o. Combina fatores internos (pontos fortes e fracos) com influ\u00eancias externas (oportunidades e amea\u00e7as) para permitir uma vis\u00e3o baseada em factos e ideias inovadoras. Uma an\u00e1lise SWOT eficaz envolve a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o de diversas perspetivas dentro de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e9 normalmente utilizada para orientar uma decis\u00e3o ou objetivo espec\u00edfico. A an\u00e1lise \u00e9 vers\u00e1til, uma vez que pode ser aplicada a um indiv\u00edduo, a uma empresa, a produtos, a um mercado ou a um concorrente (Kenton, 2024).   <\/p>\n<p>As an\u00e1lises SWOT s\u00e3o frequentemente apresentadas numa tabela de quatro quadrantes, organizando visualmente os factores internos (pontos fortes e fracos) e externos (oportunidades e amea\u00e7as) para fornecer uma vis\u00e3o clara da posi\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica de uma empresa (Kenton, 2024). A tabela \u00e9 resolvida ao realizar perguntas nas \u00e1reas-chave listadas abaixo. Esta abordagem simplificada permite uma r\u00e1pida defini\u00e7\u00e3o de prioridades e uma tomada de decis\u00f5es bem pensada. <\/p><p><strong>Clareza<\/strong>: Em vez de relat\u00f3rios longos, a BMC fornece uma vis\u00e3o geral organizada visualmente, onde todos os elementos s\u00e3o claramente apresentados. A sua portabilidade torna-o f\u00e1cil de partilhar e manter atualizado, encorajando a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e a flexibilidade (Kos, n.d.) <\/p><p>Consiste em 9 elementos que t\u00eam de ser identificados e introduzidos numa tabela. Podes realizar pesquisas utilizando dados existentes (tend\u00eancias da ind\u00fastria, dados demogr\u00e1ficos) para obteres informa\u00e7\u00f5es r\u00e1pidas ou pesquisas diretas (inqu\u00e9ritos, entrevistas) para obteres feedback personalizado dos clientes. Embora as fontes existentes poupem tempo, a investiga\u00e7\u00e3o direta permite um conhecimento mais profundo, mas exige mais esfor\u00e7o. Neste sentido, funcionam como agricultores, supervisionando os aspetos estrat\u00e9gicos e operacionais da gest\u00e3o da explora\u00e7\u00e3o. Cada explora\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola tem apenas um gestor designado, que \u00e9 frequentemente o propriet\u00e1rio, embora nem sempre seja esse o caso, especialmente quando a explora\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola funciona como uma entidade jur\u00eddica. Em 2020, cerca de 68,4 % dos 9,1 milh\u00f5es de gestores de explora\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas na UE eram homens e mais de metade (57,6 %) tinha, pelo menos, 55 anos de idade. Entretanto, apenas 11,9 % dos gestores agr\u00edcolas eram jovens agricultores (com menos de 40 anos) (Eurostat, 2022).     <\/p>\n<p>Reconhecendo este desafio demogr\u00e1fico, a Europa est\u00e1 a promover ativamente o rejuvenescimento do setor agr\u00edcola, encorajando as gera\u00e7\u00f5es mais jovens a assumir as explora\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas e aumentando a lideran\u00e7a feminina na ind\u00fastria.<\/p>\n<p>O empoderamento das mulheres e as empresas familiares s\u00e3o pilares essenciais da economia europeia, dando um contributo importante para a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, a sustentabilidade e o desenvolvimento. A Comiss\u00e3o Europeia apoia ativamente o empoderamento econ\u00f3mico e o empreendedorismo das mulheres, salientando o seu papel fundamental na promo\u00e7\u00e3o da inova\u00e7\u00e3o e do desenvolvimento sustent\u00e1vel, incluindo nas zonas rurais. Reconhecendo as necessidades espec\u00edficas das mulheres empres\u00e1rias, a Comiss\u00e3o promove oportunidades de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de redes e o interc\u00e2mbio de boas pr\u00e1ticas. Estes esfor\u00e7os s\u00e3o complementados por iniciativas destinadas a aumentar a confian\u00e7a das mulheres nas suas compet\u00eancias, permitindo-lhes contribuir eficazmente para o crescimento das empresas e o desenvolvimento rural (Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, n.d.).   <\/p>\n<p>A partir da imagem, podemos ver que a maior parte das mulheres gestoras de explora\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas continua a pertencer ao grupo et\u00e1rio com mais de 65 anos (excedendo consistentemente 10% entre 2005 e 2022). Entretanto, a percentagem de mulheres gestoras agr\u00edcolas de meia-idade mant\u00e9m-se est\u00e1vel, enquanto a menor percentagem se encontra entre as que t\u00eam entre 25 e 34 anos e as que t\u00eam menos de 25 anos. Isto indica que as mulheres assumem normalmente fun\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o agr\u00edcola ap\u00f3s os 35 anos de idade, o que \u00e9 influenciado pelas medidas da PAC (Pol\u00edtica Agr\u00edcola Comum). A Comiss\u00e3o Europeia apoia um ambiente prop\u00edcio ao seu desenvolvimento.  <\/p>\n<p>Defini\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa familiar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A maior parte dos direitos decisivos s\u00e3o detidos pelos fundadores, seus c\u00f4njuges, pais, filhos ou herdeiros diretos.<\/li>\n<li>Os direitos de decis\u00e3o podem ser diretos ou indirectos.<\/li>\n<li>Pelo menos um membro da fam\u00edlia est\u00e1 formalmente envolvido na gest\u00e3o da empresa.<\/li>\n<li>No caso das empresas cotadas, as empresas familiares s\u00e3o aquelas em que a fam\u00edlia dos fundadores ou herdeiros det\u00e9m pelo menos 25% dos direitos decisivos (Comiss\u00e3o Europeia, n.d.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p>As empresas familiares d\u00e3o prioridade \u00e0 resili\u00eancia atrav\u00e9s de estrat\u00e9gias como a frugalidade, investimentos cautelosos, baixo endividamento e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es conservadoras. Diversificam as ind\u00fastrias para reduzir os riscos, concentram-se no crescimento org\u00e2nico internacional e fomentam a lealdade dos empregados, promovendo uma cultura forte e evitando despedimentos. Estes princ\u00edpios interligados aumentam a estabilidade, permitindo que as empresas familiares se destaquem durante as recess\u00f5es econ\u00f3micas.
